Rosemount Planning Commission Denies 132nd Court Duplex Rezoning, Opens Variance Path

The commission voted 4-1 to recommend denying the controversial rezoning that would have allowed duplexes on 14 properties—but opened a door for the homeowner to keep her basement apartment legal through a variance. A big residential development concept for the east side of Highway 52 is coming June 23.
