Rosemount Just Approved a 250,000 Sq Ft Warehouse Off Highway 52
Council voted 5-0 to approve a massive warehouse and distribution facility on 15.5 acres near County Road 42—the tenant is one of the largest piping wholesalers in the Midwest. Groundbreaking is late June, with the building operational by the end of 2027.
Farmington Approves Environmental Review for 370-Home Lennar Development
Council voted 3-1 to approve the Vermillion Reserve EAW, meaning no full environmental study is needed for the 158-acre development near 220th Street and Denmark Avenue.
